We all have a pattern, either daily, weekly, or yearly. That pattern determines our lives. The pattern is either a circle, a downward spiral, or an upward spiral. The circle is the repetition of the pattern with no accomplishment and no failure, just the same level. The downward, just as you guessed it, is behaviors repeated that sink you. Bad eating habit leads to bad weight gain and further away from good health. The upward spiral, this moves you toward your goal, it is like a stairwell, a hard climb after a while, but there is progress and you can see the end.
It is Monday and most of us are going to repeat the same thing we did last week. Some the same thing we did last year, and for fewer the same thing we did ten years ago. The pattern only changes when you decide to and then stick to it.
